There are many features that it offers, including online multiplayer gaming, improved voice chat system, exclusive discount offers for members, cloud storage for saving game data – and an expansive library of classic NES games.

Err… You mean the Yoshis, Double Dragons, Tecmo Bowls and all those other memorable NES games that made our childhood fun?

Yup, exactly!

What does the complete line-up look like, you ask?

The Nintendo Switch Online game library currently houses twenty classic NES games. These include:

Remember Arthur, Princess Prin-Prin and the demon king Astaroth?

It was our first motocross racing game. And we must admit, we were so very poor at it—LOL!

Did you know Tecmo Bowl was the first console game to include real NFL players?

It’s raining Bloobers, Boo Buddies and Goombas and you’ve to help Mario with the airborne invasion.

Whoosh, whack, whack—boom!

Just beat ‘em up with whatever comes to hand!

The people of Gradius need you once again to save the day. Have you got your space fighter jet ready?

The only ice hockey game where teams played with five players each as opposed to six—HA! Nevertheless, it was fun.

Got the message from Sick?

Roll up your sleeves, it’s action time!!!

The wrestling ring is calling you. Can you pin your next opponent?

It was one of the first games to be released on NES, and it had two versions: Japanese and American. Which version did you play?

The lineup also includes Donkey Kong, Ice Climber, Dr. Mario, Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros. 3, Balloon Fight, The Legend of Zelda, Soccer and Tennis.

Nintendo has announced that it will be adding more games to the library, and so you can expect to enjoy some serious NES fun on the platform in the coming months.
