We have now released the PSP Homebrew and Emulators forums, this a place to find all the latest homebrew and emulators for your PSP. We encourage members to post their own homebrew, help others, and post in this section to help keep everyone up to date with what is happening on the scene. Please try to include a screenshot of the application/game and also include a short description of the homebrew. Please upload the homebrew to Consolespot via an attachment unless the file times-out during the upload process in which please just post a link to the download site. I would also like to remind you that Evolve is currently modifying the sections so they will appear on the front page such as Homebrew Releases like we have done for PSP Themes.
If any developers are interested in sharing their work and want the position they may Private Message Evolve regarding this.

Put your own single image 01-12.bmp in flash0/vsh/resource using a 350x198 image and enjoy the sweet waves that go with it,
You may loose xmb text after viewing some photos, then listen to music, then watch a video. If you reboot often you probably will never notice.

"There's not a lot of details on this one just yet, but Activision CEO Mike Griffith has dropped word in an earnings conference call that the company's upcoming Guitar Hero: On Tour game / controller combo will not only be released on its own this June, but in a new Nintendo DS bundle as well. No word on a price, unfortunately, nor is there any indication that the DS itself will be undergoing any Guitar Hero-inspired changes, but it seems like those little details should be making themselves known soon enough."
For those of us who have been following the release of the PSP Slim Skype Headset Kit, we would have know that today is the day for it's release. From push-back after push-back, and tons of delays, Playstation.com now shows this product as "Buy online from one of our retailers or locate a Store close to you.". For those fanboys who were not keeping up on it's release date, you now know, and it's time to head on out and pick-up your Skype Headset and start chatting away.
Developer Zx-81 has release a new version of the PDA application set for the PSP, PSP-PDA. This fun homebrew features a notepad, music player, image viewer, address book, calendar, calculator and alarm-clock. What's special to note about this release is is now supports the 3.XX kernel and the PSP Slim.
